Welcome to SmallVipers.com. On this site I would like to give you more information on the way I house and care for my snakes. While observing all safety requirements regarding housing poisonous snakes it is possible to hold these animals. Because of this I adjusted my whole snake room to keep these interesting animals as securely as possible. Elsewhere on this site you are able to see how I realized this. My goal is to breed and study the behaviour of several species, mostly small vipers and rattlesnakes. This mainly regards smaller species e.g. Echis (dwarf), Bitis, (Pseudo) Cerastes, Eristocophis, the mackmahonii and the European vipers.
